What is your opening time?
Our opening time is from 9am to 5pm (UK Time), Monday to Friday.
We are close on weekends and UK public holidays.

What if I need assistance outside your opening time?
If you require our assistance outside our opening times whilst we are representing you, please discuss further with your assigned representative.

Can I visit your office without notice?
We ask all our clients not to come to our office without booking an appointment, to avoid disappointment, as some of our advisers are working from home.
All our meetings can be arranged online or via telephone. All our services are provided remotely.

What is the general process?
We will first arrange an initial consultation with you. During the consultation, we will discuss on your service request and provide you our service quotation. Once we have received your authorisation / instruction, we will process each step of your application on your behalf.
Consultation -> Gather supporting documents from applicant -> Prepare and submit application -> Applicant submits biometrics -> Wait for Home Office’s decision.
How much is your service fee?
Our service fees are vary, based on the application type and the complexity of your case. Please visit our “Main Page” for more details.
Please note that our service fee does not include Home Office Application Fees or any other disbursement charges. For Home Office fees please “Click Here“.
What is included in your service fee?
Our service fee includes all written and telephone correspondence with you and relevant third parties, preparation and submission of your application. If you submit additional information or documentation to appear that the case is more complex and request further services, this may incur additional charges towards your initial quote.
What is the disbursement charges?
Disbursement charges are Home Office application fee, Immigration Health Surcharge, visa application centre appointment fee, Certificate of Sponsorhip fee, document verification fee required by third parties, etc.
We can pay for the disbursements on your behalf if the money is transferred to us in advance.

When should i start contacting you or preparing for my application?
We suggest at least 3 months before your current visa expires (for in-country applications) or your UK travel date (for applications from outside the UK).

How long should I wait for your reply?
We shall do our best to respond promptly to your emails, letter or call, but we ask you to understand that at busy time, an immediate reply is not always possible but rarely does this happen.
